Allied Health Assistant - Orthotic clinic

About the role

Are you studying an Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or another allied health/health sciences degree and looking for first-hand experience working in a professional allied health clinic environment?

Orthomotion is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Allied Health Assistant to join our dedicated team in our clinic in Caringbah, Sydney's south. This casual role offers flexible shifts between 8.00am to 5.00pm Mondays to Thursdays with no requirement for evening or weekend work.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming clients

• Scheduling appointments

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records

• Processing client invoices and payments

• General administration duties

What we're looking for

• Current allied health or health sciences student

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or administration role

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated organisational and time management skills with attention to detail

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
