About the Role

JBS Dinmore is currently recruiting Skilled Meat Workers and General Labourers to join our Processing team on a full-time basis. Whether you bring experience in boning, slicing and slaughtering, or are looking to start a career in the meat processing industry, we have opportunities available across a variety of processing areas. • Full-time position | 9.5-hour shifts

• Day Shift | Approx. 5am to 3pm

• Afternoon Shift | Approx. 3pm to 1am

• Hourly rates starting at $26.57 per hour + penalties & shift allowances (where applicable)

About You

• Previous experience in meat processing, food manufacturing, production, labouring or a similar environment is highly regarded

• Skilled Meat Workers will ideally have experience in Boning, Slicing, Slaughtering or Sawing duties

• Relevant meat processing qualifications are advantageous but not essential

• Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality and productivity

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team

• Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn and develop new skills

• Ability to follow procedures and work in a fast-paced production environment

JBS Australia is the largest and most respected meat and food producer in Australia. The JBS Dinmore Processing Plant is the largest beef facility in the southern hemisphere. Located near Ipswich, in southeast Queensland, the facility has a daily production ability of 3,400 cattle and employs approximately 2,500 people.
