We are a leader in engineering solutions, specialising in design, fabrication, and installation of projects across the Mining, Engineering, and Construction industries throughout WA.
Join our team as our next Workshop Coordinator! This hands-on leadership position is responsible for executing and managing daily fabrication, welding, and piping activities.
Working closely with clients, trades personnel, and apprentices, you will coordinate resources and support your team - ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard!

Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily workshop operations, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Drive a strong safety culture while ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
Coordinate workflow and communicate project progress with clients and management.
Mentor and support trades personnel and apprentices to achieve successful project outcomes.
About You:
Full Australian working rights
Trade Qualified (Fabrication/Welding)
2-3 years’ experience in similar workshop management role
Solid understanding of piping, structural work, and technical drawings
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
