Task & responsibilities Creating and designing websites. Creating and managing digital content, including: videos Animations Graphics Audio Interactive applications Using computer programming languags and multimedia software. Working with IT teams to maintain website security.

Ensures websites and digital content are legally backed up. Assisting organisations with planning and improving their online services. Developing and updating digital solutions to improve user experience and online functionality.

Qualification & experience Most positions in this group require a Bachelor's Degree or higher. At least five years of relevant work experience may sometimes be accepted instead of a degree.

A relevant industry certification may also be accepted as an alternativeto formal qualifications. Some positions may require additional relevant work experience. On the job training may be required depending onthe  empployer and role.
