We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at our Malaga showroom.

The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, has a strong sales mindset and can provide a high standard of service from the initial enquiry through to completing the sale.

• Ability to work towards sales targets and convert enquiries into sales

• Reliability, punctuality and a strong attendance record
• Ability to remain organised and perform well during busy periods
• Confidence handling customer concerns and complaints professionally
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills
• Previous retail, furniture, homewares or sales experience is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers in the showroom
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable furniture
• Providing product, pricing, availability and promotion information
• Converting customer enquiries into sales
• Preparing quotes, invoices and processing customer payments
• Following up customer enquiries, quotations and outstanding sales opportunities
• Assisting customers with delivery and collection enquiries
• Maintaining product displays and showroom presentation
• Keeping up to date with current products, promotions and offers
• Assisting with customer concerns and resolving issues professionally
• Supporting promotional activities and social media content when required
• Completing general showroom and sales administration
