Warehouse Loader

Location: Forrestfield

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 6am, 8am and 11am starts available

• Night Shift: 5pm and 9pm starts available

Pay Rates:

• Day Shift: $32.04 per hour

• Night Shift: $39.20 per hour

The Opportunity

Sands Fridge Lines is currently seeking reliable and motivated Freight Loaders for immediate starts within our warehouse and logistics operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient consolidation, staging, and loading of refrigerated freight. This is a physically demanding position that requires a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and prepare freight for loading

• Operate electric pallet jacks to move and stage freight

• Load stock safely and efficiently into refrigerated trailers

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the work area

• Accurately check freight documentation and consignment notes

• Perform manual handling duties as required

• Follow job sheets and operational instructions

• Adhere to workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred)

• Experience operating an electric pallet jack (essential)

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance record

• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks

• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• A strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• A valid driver's licence and reliable transport

• A forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
