Warehouse Loader/Palletiser | AM & PM Shifts

Metro Workforce is currently seeking multiple Warehouse Loaders/Palletisers to join the team at the ALDI Distribution Centre in Brendale. This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced distribution environment, operating Electric Ride-On Pallet Jacks to safely load and unload palletised freight.

Shift Details

• AM Shift from 9:00am ($34.47 per hour)
• PM Shift from 5:30pm ($43.24 per hour)
• Weekend penalty rates
• Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
• Work 9 shifts per fortnight (4 shifts one week / 5 shifts the next)
• Candidates must be available across all rostered days

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load palletised freight into trucks and trailers
• Unload empty pallets, returns, and stock transfers
• Operate Electric Ride-On Pallet Jacks safely and efficiently
• Work across ambient and temperature-controlled environments
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and operational processes

About You

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Comfortable operating ride-on pallet jacks or willing to learn
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
