In the role of Associate Director / Director, you will join our Capital Markets team that’s doubling down on owning it!

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Execute and deliver tailored fixed income solutions with a strong focus on ratesAchieve financial and customer-related targets while strengthening client relationshipsEngage with senior stakeholders to identify and pursue strategic opportunitiesLead pricing decisions, workflow prioritisation, and contribute to NAB’s market positioningSupport and mentor junior colleagues while fostering a team-oriented culture

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

Significant of experience in financial markets with proven expertise in rates solutionsStrong knowledge of global and competitor trends, regulatory environments, and market dynamicsExceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and client engagement skillsAbility to deliver under pressure with strong organisational and workflow management capabilityRelevant tertiary qualification in finance or business, plus industry accreditation (AFMA, NFA, etc.)
