About the Role

You'll join a high-performing, collaborative, and social team that is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes while continuing to grow and develop within Melbourne's dynamic residential property market. As an experienced Valuer, you will undertake a diverse range of residential valuations while building strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

·       Complete residential property valuations

·       Conduct on-site property inspections

·       Prepare accurate valuation reports

·       Liaise with agents, clients, and stakeholders

·       Collaborate with Assistant Valuers and support teams

·       Analyse market trends and property data

·       Manage your own portfolio and workload

·       Contribute to a high-performing team culture

·       Build a non-mortgage client base

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking experienced Residential Valuers with strong leadership potential who are self-motivated, professional, and enthusiastic about building a successful career within a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will possess a growth mindset, a commitment to excellence, and a desire to take the next step in their career. They must hold CPV or RPV qualifications and understand the Melbourne property landscape. More specifically, we are seeking staff who are based in, or prepared to cover:

·       Geelong and broader Bellarine Peninsula

·       Western metropolitan Melbourne

·       Southeastern metropolitan Melbourne

·       Ballarat

·       Bendigo

·       Shepparton
