About the role

This role is a full-time office-based role, in Heidelberg West

A great opportunity for a Project Coordinator to effectively manage the administration and support of a portfolio of repair claims. Working on a broad range of projects in the $20,000 to $100,000 range, you will be responsible for providing support to our project delivery team, including but not limited to the following:

• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in accordance with contractual requirements.

• Preparation of project documentation.

• Liaise with Project Manager daily

• Register new jobs

• Ensure regular client updates

• Accurate preparation of invoices to ensure compliance with contracts

• Assist with Trade Onboarding and Compliance

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this position you will have a dedicated level of experience and be able to demonstrate the following:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.

• Experience within the Insurance Building Industry or Domestic Building Industry highly regarded.

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

• Results focused and self-driven nature.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

• Develop relationships with clients and subcontractors.

This role will be subject to a National Police Check
