About the Role

Morgans Financial is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Adviser / General Manager to support our growth in our West Perth office and broader Western Australia

This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role with true autonomy, where your focus is on your clients, the team and growth – not day-to-day operational administration.

You will lead a team of stockbrokers and financial advisers while continuing to build and manage your own client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of advisers and stockbrokers
• Work closely and collaboratively with other Morgans branches, plus the WA & SA State Directors
• Actively manage and grow your own portfolio of clients
• Identify strategic business opportunities and partnerships

Is:

• A leadership and growth-focused role
• Client-facing and revenue-generating
• Strategic and externally focused

Is not:

• Operationally heavy
• Burdened with day-to-day management administration

About You

You are a high-performing adviser or leader who:

• Has a proven track record in wealth management or stockbroking
• Brings an existing client base and, or strong referral networks
• Has experience leading or mentoring advisers (or is ready to step up)
• Is commercially minded with a growth mindset
• Values autonomy and ability to build your business, your way.
