Junior Administration Assistant – Full Time

Cosmetic Dental Design is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Administration Assistant to join our growing dental laboratory on the Gold Coast.

This is a full-time position ideal for someone looking to learn, develop their skills and build a long-term career within our business. No previous dental experience is required, as full on-the-job training will be provided.

About the Role

You will join our friendly administration team in a varied, hands-on role. Duties include:

• General administration, invoicing and data entry

• Communicating with clients and patients via phone and email

• Driving company vehicles to deliver and collect dental cases from clients throughout the Gold Coast

• Coordinating incoming and outgoing dental cases

• Assisting with the day-to-day organisation of the laboratory

• General cleaning and maintaining a tidy work environment

Our administration team is the face and voice of Cosmetic Dental Design, so we are looking for someone who is professional, friendly, well presented and confident communicating with others.

About You

The ideal applicant will be:

• Reliable, punctual and organised

• Friendly with strong customer service skills

• A good communicator and team player

• Comfortable working in a busy, varied environment

• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities

• Interested in a long-term role with opportunities to grow and progress within the business

Previous administration or dental experience is not essential. We are happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

As the role involves regular driving throughout the Gold Coast, a current Queensland Driver Licence is essential.
