What your day could look like

As an Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skill, you'll help deliver safe, high-quality care and positive patient experiences. Working alongside nurses and the wider healthcare team, you'll contribute to better health outcomes and a culture of safety and learning.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

• Delivering advanced enrolled nursing care that supports evidence-based patient outcomes
• Partnering with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance the patient journey
• Mentoring enrolled nurses, students and assistants in nursing to build capability
• Supporting quality and safety initiatives that strengthen clinical standards

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

• Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with no medication restrictions
• Ability to deliver advanced, evidence-based nursing care
• Strong communication, teamwork and patient education skills
• Commitment to professional development and quality care

You'll stand out if you have an Advanced Diploma of Nursing, equivalent study, or are undertaking further education.

Above all, you'll bring the values of Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage.
