What your day could look like

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll play an important role in helping patients, residents and families experience safe, person-centred care. From supporting health and wellbeing goals to working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to outcomes that make a genuine difference across the community.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

• Delivering high-quality nursing care that supports positive health, wellbeing and quality-of-life outcomes.
• Partnering with Registered Nurses and the wider healthcare team to provide coordinated, evidence-based care.
• Monitoring patient progress, recognising risks early and helping maintain safe, effective care environments.
• Supporting quality improvement, learning and team development to strengthen care for patients and residents.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

• Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and no medication restrictions.
• Demonstrated nursing knowledge and skills in acute care, aged care or similar clinical environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively, apply sound clinical judgement and contribute to safe care delivery.
• Commitment to professional growth, continuous learning and quality improvement.
• You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in rural, residential aged care or multipurpose health settings and/or additional training in intravenous medication administration.
