Assistant Accountant

Based at our Corporate Office in Taringa, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our accounting team to serve our Audi, Lamborghini & others dealerships

Key Responsibilities

• Process vehicle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Perform daily banking activities and process customer refunds and customer payouts.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances.
• Complete data entry and provide general administrative support.
• Assist with other finance-related duties as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience within a dealership environment is highly regarded
• Relevant accounting qualifications are highly preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, accounting software, and databases
• A sound understanding of banking processes and account reconciliations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and administrative abilities.
• A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.
• Previous dealership experience is advantageous but not essential.
