We are now looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be joining our busy Novated Sales business, supporting our Leasing Consultants, and playing a critical role in helping us achieve our sales targets. You will be responsible for all aspects of credit approval, generating lease documents, checking files, and coordinating settlements. You will be a single point of contact for the clients in your portfolio throughout the settlement process providing them, and internal stakeholders, with feedback and updates.

 At MMS clear expectations help our people Be the Difference.  Your key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Compiling and processing all required documentation to facilitate settlement.
• Generation of settlement packs and managing external financiers.
• Guiding clients through the settlement process.
• Liaising with clients in relation to their proposal and lease documents.
• Managing relationships and expediting the return of necessary documents.

To be considered for this role you will possess the following:

• A sense of urgency and the ability to work in a busy environment
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service and/ or sales orientated role.
• Commitment and proven ability to provide a high level of customer service
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment; be proactive, take action and seize opportunities to promote new ideas and solve problems
• High level of written and verbal communication skills.
• High-level attention to detail
