Marketing, Communications and Events Manager

This is a full time role for a passionate individual to engage with our group of hospitality brands and showcase them to all of Melbourne.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Social media management across the group including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook

• Creating regular video and still content for socials 

• EDM creation and rollout 

• Creating collateral for the group as required (menus, flyers, branded materials)

• Influencer engagement and management 

• Management of all online profiles including websites, google pages and other online listings

• Management of booking platform for data management and customer loyalty programs    

• Management of communications for event enquiries

• Engaging with media outlets 

The successful applicant should display:

• Over 2 years experience in a similar role 

• Competency in Indesign and Canva

• Competency with photography and producing high quality video content

• Competency with Squarespace 

• Their own transportation 

The successful applicant will:

• Work alongside the owner and venue managers to create engaging content

• Enjoy a collaborative team environment with regular team functions 

• Have flexibility to work from any of our 10 locations 

• Enjoy team discounts across all our venues (The Meatball & Wine Bar, Ines Wine Bar, Tartine Bistro, Sistine, Ned's Bake & Bistro, Middle Park European, The Florence)
