About the role
We’re looking for a creative, commercially minded and hands-on Marketing Manager to join our Melbourne team and bring our growing portfolio of hospitality, food & beverage, events and lifestyle and wellness brands to life.
This is an execution-focused role for a marketer who enjoys turning ideas into action. You’ll develop and deliver campaigns, create engaging content, coordinate shoots, manage digital channels and support events and activations that build brand awareness, engage customers and drive bookings and revenue.
Working closely with the marketing, communications, events and venue teams, you’ll manage multiple projects from brief to delivery, ensuring every campaign and customer touchpoint is polished, consistent and on brand.
You’ll bring strong storytelling skills, commercial awareness, an excellent eye for detail and a proactive, organised approach. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys getting things done and seeing great ideas come to life.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across hospitality, food & beverage and Florence Guild brands, including seasonal campaigns, launches, events and venue activations.
Manage the marketing calendar, campaign timelines, briefs, approvals and assets to ensure activity is delivered on time and to a high standard.
Develop campaign concepts, promotional ideas, key messaging and content in line with established brand direction.
Create and coordinate engaging content across social media, websites, eDMs and other digital channels, including copy, captions and campaign communications.
Support photography and video production by coordinating creative partners, content shoots and marketing assets, including the creation and adaptation of content using Canva.
Coordinate CRM and email marketing campaigns that support customer engagement, repeat visitation, bookings and loyalty.
Work closely with Events Sales, Brand Partnerships, Venue Operations, PR agencies and external creative partners to support campaigns and commercial objectives.
Assist with PR, media opportunities, venue launches, events and activations by coordinating content, materials and relevant stakeholders.
Monitor relevant marketing, social, content and digital trends and identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date website content, digital communications, marketing assets and content libraries.
Track campaign performance across relevant platforms and provide clear updates and insights to support continuous improvement.
Manage day-to-day marketing administration, including project trackers, agency coordination, invoices, purchase orders and other marketing requirements.
About you
We are looking for a hands-on, creative and highly organised marketer who enjoys execution and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You will ideally have:
3+ years’ experience in marketing or a similar hands-on role, ideally within hospitality, F&B, events, lifestyle, entertainment or premium brands.
Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent copywriting, communication and content creation skills, with a strong eye for detail.
Strong Canva skills and confidence creating polished, on-brand marketing collateral and digital content.
Good understanding of social media, digital marketing, CRM and email marketing.
Experience coordinating photography, video shoots and external creative partners.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and basic marketing performance reporting.
Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for content creation, research, ideation and workflow efficiency.
Highly proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from brief to completion.
Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing activity supports customer engagement, bookings and revenue.
A genuine passion for hospitality, food, beverage, events and experiences.
Experience with premium, luxury or lifestyle brands, and image/video editing skills, will be highly regarded.
If you’re a hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and loves creating work that people notice, we’d love to hear from you.
