Do you have experience working in a veterinary clinic and a passion for client care? Perth Vet Emergency (PVE) is seeking a dedicated Client Care Representative to join our dynamic team.

About Perth Vet Emergency

PVE is a busy, progressive emergency clinic in Perth, known as a leader in Emergency and Critical Care (ECC). We aim to set the highest standard for veterinary care in Australia. Our team includes compassionate client care representatives, managers, nurses, and veterinarians, all working together to support pets and clients alike.

About The Role

As a Client Care Representative (CCR), you’ll be the vital link between our clients and clinical team. From the moment clients walk through our doors to the time they leave, you’ll ensure they have an exceptional experience, all while helping their pets receive the urgent care they need. With a warm and compassionate approach, you’ll bring calm to every interaction, no matter what’s happening behind the scenes.

We are open 24/7 so shift work will be required. This includes nights, weekends and public holidays.

What CCR Life Looks Like At PVE

Providing outstanding service to clients and pets, including triaging on arrivalKeeping clients informed with timely updates on their pets and answering questionsCollaborating with the team on patient updates, needs, and financial informationAssisting clients with insurance and finance-related queriesHandling cash and performing daily reconciliationsPerforming administrative duties to support front-of-clinic operations

About You

Experience in customer service, ideally within a veterinary clinicStrong resilience and ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environmentQuick thinker, adaptable to changeKnowledge of animal triage or experience in a veterinary setting (preferred)Reliable transport (essential for shift work)
