Modern Teaching Aids is looking for experienced, reliable and safety-focused LO and LF Forklift Operators to join our Brendale Distribution Centre.

We are seeking operators experienced in stock pickers, high-reach and/or counterbalance forklifts who enjoy working in a busy, team-focused warehouse environment.

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating LO stock pickers and/or LF forklifts

• Picking, replenishing, relocating and putting away stock

• Loading, unloading and safely moving stock

• Completing stock counts and inventory movements using RF scanners

• Working to daily productivity and accuracy targets

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

• Supporting the wider warehouse team with daily operations

To be successful, you will have:

• Current LO or LF forklift licence

• 1–2 years' experience operating stock pickers, high-reach or counterbalance forklifts

• RF scanner experience is highly regarded

• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse

• Good communication, literacy and numeracy skills

• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude

• Ability to safely undertake the physical requirements of warehouse work, including lifting, repetitive movement and prolonged standing

• Willingness to participate in random drug and alcohol testing in line with site safety requirements

• Two recent, contactable work references

• Australian citizenship, permanent residency or unrestricted working rights in Australia

Casual Rate: $37.46 per hour
PM Shift: $37.46 per hour + 15% shift loading
