Human Resources Manager - Part Time

We're looking for a motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team in a dynamic part-time role supporting our business operations functions nationally.

This position requires 20-25 hours per week commitment.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and day-to-day business operations. From recruitment and onboarding to compliance coordination, training administration, and operational support — no two days will be the same.

Extensive experience in recruitment and onboarding processes is essential for this role.

A minimum of 5+ years of HR experience is required.

HR & People Coordination

• Supporting recruitment activities including screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication

• Preparing employment contracts, onboarding documentation, and HR correspondence

• Maintaining employee records and HR systems

• Assisting with policies, procedures, and HR administration

• Supporting probation reviews and performance review processes

• Coordinating employee onboarding and induction programs

• Coordinate Workers Compensation and Return to Work responsibilities
