• Generate and nurture your own leads, driving business growth
• Engage and guide clients through the mortgage process
• Research and compare lender products to provide tailored solutions
• Build and maintain a growing client base with proactive follow-up
• Present mortgage recommendations and deliver a seamless client experience

• Experienced brokers: A strong track record in mortgage broking or finance is an advantage
• Aspiring brokers: A passion for the industry and a drive to succeed
• Exceptional communication skills with a client-first approach
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate complex financial scenarios
• Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (required or in progress)
