People & Culture Business Partner

At Flynn ANZ, we're building the premier franchise operator in the world across Wendy's and Pizza Hut. We're growing quickly, opening new restaurants, developing leaders and building a People team that can scale alongside the business.

We're looking for an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our People & Culture team and partner with operational leaders across our restaurant network and support office. This is a genuine business partnering role focused on leadership coaching, a strong focus on employee relations, talent, culture, workforce planning and growth enablement. The role supports operational leaders to deliver strong business outcomes through people.

What you'll do

• Partner with operational leaders as their trusted People advisor.

• Provide practical, commercial advice on workforce, performance and employee relations matters.

• Coach leaders through performance management, investigations, grievances and workplace concerns.

• Drive talent, succession and workforce planning initiatives.

• Support leadership capability through coaching, workshops and development programs.

• Lead culture, engagement and change initiatives.

• Partner with the business to support new restaurant openings and growth projects.

• Use people insights and data to influence decision-making and improve outcomes.

What you'll bring

You'll be an experienced HR, People & Culture or Employee Relations professional who enjoys working closely with leaders to solve problems and build capability.

• Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge (knowledge of the Fast Food Industry Award would be a bonus).

• Experience managing performance, conduct, grievances and investigations.

• Proven ability to influence and coach leaders.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to balance operational support with strategic initiatives.

• Experience in hospitality, retail, franchise or multi-site environments will be highly regarded.
