Due to continued growth and and increasing Project demands, BD Water is looking for an experienced and motivated Irrigation Technician/Installer to join our team.

BD Water delivers complete water management solutions for commercial clients across Perth and surrounding regions. What sets us apart is our ability to manage projects entirely in-house, from water licensing and bore construction through to irrigation design, pumping systems, automation, installation, maintenance and ongoing support.

We're a team that values quality workmanship, practical problem-solving, customer service and supporting one another. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for people who want to grow with us, as we have a huge pipeline of commercial projects currently.

The Role

This is a hands-on, field-based role working across Perth and surrounding areas. You'll be involved in the installation, maintenance and servicing of:

• Commercial irrigation systems

• Automation and control systems

• Water infrastructure projects

We also do a lot with rural, agriculture, solar systems and more. If this is something you would like to learn or do in the future, there are different career paths within the company.

You'll initially work alongside experienced technicians and receive ongoing mentoring from our Irrigation Manager to help develop your skills and industry knowledge.

• Full-time employment (minimum 40 hours per week)

• Salary package of up to $120,000, dependent on experience

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Experience in irrigation, or a related field

• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Reliable, professional and safety-focused

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Desirable

• Irrigation installation and maintenance experience

• Pumping and bore experience

• Excavator or plant operation experience/tickets

• Experience with irrigation controllers, automation or telemetry

• Agricultural, commercial or water infrastructure experience

Location

Based from our Kewdale operations yard, with work throughout Perth and surrounding regions.
