Willingness to learn and commitment to building a positive workplace environmentEffective team player mentality with a strong work ethicSound decision making abilities, including an analytical approach to problem solvingCertificate level qualification or relevant experienceCurrent NT Drivers LicenceCurrent First Aid Certificate or ability to obtain4WD certificate or ability to obtainCurrent NT Working with Children's Check (Ochre Card) or ability to obtainSatisfactory completion of a Criminal History Check or ability to obtainExperience in maintaining effective and positive professional relationships with stakeholdersPrevious experience of working in a cross-cultural environment and the ability to live and work in a remote Aboriginal communityMost importantly, we are looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference
