Website & Ecommerce Coordinator (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities

Website Maintenance & Merchandising

● Ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the Shopify website

● Re-merchandising collections and maintaining product organisation

● Reviewing website imagery, homepage banners, and overall site presentation

● Monitoring navigation, links, filters, and customer journey functionality

● Maintaining product information including descriptions, imagery, swatches, sizing

information, and related content

● Updating customer-facing information including FAQs, shipping information, contact

pages, and returns policies

● Conducting quality control checks across product pages and collections

● Monitoring mobile responsiveness and overall website usability

● Maintaining visual consistency and brand presentation across the site

Ecommerce Operations & Customer Experience

● Managing Shopify apps and integrations

● Overseeing review, preorder, returns, and customer experience platforms

● Monitoring product reviews and ensuring review groupings are accurate where possible

● Maintaining Shopify Flows and supporting operational processes connected to fulfilment

and dispatch

● Assisting with backend ecommerce processes to ensure a smooth customer experience

from purchase through to fulfilment

● Supporting ongoing improvements to customer experience and website functionality

Website Optimisation & Problem Solving

● Identifying website improvements and operational efficiencies

● Troubleshooting Shopify issues, app conflicts, and website functionality problems

● Implementing apps, tools, and automations to improve workflows

● Creating Shopify-based solutions to support operational requirements

● Monitoring integrations and identifying system issues

● Supporting ongoing ecommerce optimisation and business growth initiatives

Product Management

● Uploading and maintaining products within Shopify

● Managing product descriptions, imagery, swatches, size charts, and related product

information

● Uploading website banners and visual assets

● Managing collections, product tagging, filters, and backend organisation

● Utilising Shopify apps and integrations to streamline product management

● Ensuring stock information is accurately maintained as new products and

replenishments arrive

Skills & Experience

Essential

● Advanced Shopify experience

● Strong understanding of Shopify admin, collections, products, metafields, tags, filters,

and navigation

● Experience managing Shopify apps and integrations

● Experience troubleshooting ecommerce and website issues

● Strong attention to detail and quality control

● Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

● Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

Desirable

● Experience with Shopify Flow and automation tools

● Experience with AI tools for ecommerce content creation

● Photoshop or similar image editing experience

● Understanding of ecommerce merchandising and conversion optimisation

● Experience working with fashion or retail brands

About the Role

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both the creative and technical aspects of

ecommerce. Some weeks may focus heavily on product uploads and website merchandising,

while others may involve troubleshooting, optimisation projects, app management, or customer

experience improvements.

The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining a high-performing

ecommerce website and supporting the ongoing growth of the business.
