Position: Solution DesignerLocation: Sydney / MelbourneDuration: 6 months (Extendable)

Job Details:Must Have Skills:Mandatory hands-on development experience in Java, Spring Boot, and modern backend application development.Strong experience in designing and developing Microservices-based applications, including RESTful APIs, service orchestration, API security, and scalable distributed systems.Strong hands-on experience with SQL databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL/Oracle), including data modelling, stored procedures, complex SQL queries, and performance optimization.Strong hands-on experience in React JS, JavaScript/TypeScript, component-based architecture, state management, and responsive UI development.Experience working across the full technology stack, including React JS, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL databases, Kafka, and Cloud-native applications.Strong understanding of event-driven architecture, Kafka topics/listeners, asynchronous messaging, and integration patterns.Experience with containerization and cloud technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, AWS/Azure is preferred.Strong knowledge of software design principles, design patterns, performance tuning, scalability, security, and best coding practices.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical designs, architecture decisions, risks, and trade-offs to both technical and business stakeholders.Strong learning mindset with the ability to stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
