About the role
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to both organisational quality and growth. You'll lead the development and review of policies and procedures, monitor legislative and regulatory changes, and identify and pursue grant and funding opportunities that support our strategic priorities. Working across the organisation, you'll collaborate with managers and stakeholders to ensure our policies remain current, practical and aligned with best practice, while helping secure funding that strengthens services and creates new opportunities for the communities we support.
Creating Links is a leading not-for-profit multicultural community service provider, that is dedicated to delivering the highest quality of standards and service across South-West Sydney and the Greater Sydney region. Garnering a deep and rich history of more than 50 years, we understand the importance of culture and community. Today, we have grown to provide Disability services, Foster Care, Child & Family services, and Financial Wellbeing. We are committed to delivering a holistic person-centered approach combined with a strong passion and focus on providing quality support and service excellence.
Reporting to the Executive Manager Quality, Risk and Practice, you will play a key role in supporting organisational quality, compliance and sustainability.
Your responsibilities will include:
This role would suit someone who enjoys balancing research, writing and analysis with relationship building and organisational improvement.
You are a strong writer, strategic thinker and highly organised professional who enjoys turning ideas into practical outcomes.
You may have worked in policy, quality and compliance, governance, community services, grants management, research, project management or a related field.
