The Real Estate Agent will prospect for new listings, conduct property appraisals, and manage open homes and inspections. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, preparing marketing materials, coordinating photography and online listings, and negotiating offers and contracts. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, liaising with solicitors and lenders, and providing ongoing customer service before, during, and after settlement. The successful candidate will contribute to agency sales goals while upholding high ethical and professional standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License (or be eligible to obtain one under local regulations).Candidates should possess strong Real Estate knowledge and experience working with Real Property transactions.Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on clear communication and client care.Candidates should possess strong local market awareness, time management, and organizational skills.Candidates should possess proficiency in basic digital tools and property listing platforms.Candidates should possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for property visits.Candidates should possess prior experience in residential real estate or related fields; multilingual communication is an advantage.
