Shopify Web Developer & Graphic Designer

Growplay Monkey Bars designs and sells premium backyard play equipment that gets kids off screens and outside. We're a small, close-knit team with a big footprint — we run four Growplay websites across the USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand — and we're growing fast. We work out of a bright, open Balcatta office with large windows and plenty of natural light, sitting just off the freeway with ample free parking on site.

We're looking for a Shopify Web Developer with a strong graphic-design eye to own and build out our four international Shopify stores. This is a hands-on role for someone who can both develop a fast, high-converting site and make it look beautiful and on-brand. You'll be the go-to person for everything web across our four markets — building pages, improving the storefront, and keeping the brand sharp and consistent everywhere it appears.

You won't be working in isolation. You'll partner closely every day with our SEO Manager, Marketing Manager, Product Designers and Videographer — a genuinely collaborative team where good ideas get built quickly.

• Manage, maintain and build our four Shopify websites (USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand)

• Develop and customise Shopify themes, landing pages and product pages for performance and conversion

• Create high-quality graphics and visual assets that align with and elevate the Growplay brand

• Work alongside the SEO and Marketing Managers to bring campaigns to life on-site

• Collaborate with Product Designers and our Videographer to showcase products at their best

• Keep all four sites fast, consistent, on-brand and up to date

• 2+ years' hands-on Shopify experience (theme development, customisation, and store management)

• Strong graphic design skills using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva

• Excellent creativity — you can show a portfolio of work that demonstrates a strong visual sense and the ability to align design to a brand

• UI/UX and conversion — you understand how layout, flow and hierarchy turn browsers into buyers, and you design with the customer journey in mind

• A good eye for detail and a genuine pride in shipping polished, professional work

• Comfortable managing multiple sites and priorities across different markets and time zones

• A collaborative, can-do attitude that suits a small, tight team

• Real ownership — you'll run all four Growplay sites and see the direct impact of your work
