Sales Support & Administration

We are seeking an experienced sales support person to join our progressive and expanding communications company. Full time or part time available. FLEXIBLE TO WORK MAINLY FROM HOME + ARNCLIFFE OFFICE. You will need to demonstrate a positive attitude, sales skills, strong work ethic, accuracy, good initiative and outstanding time management skills to be considered for this diverse and challenging role.

Role Entails:

• Virtual role - work at home or our Arncliffe office

• Flexible hours - full or part time 

• Managing sales enquiries to our sales team - phone calls & emails, intelligent call handling/processing, strong business acumen

• Follow up sales calls - managing ongoing prospects.

• Preparing & managing proposals, spreadsheets, calendars 

• Providing general support to management & sales 

• Other duties such as filing, follow ups, general correspondence

• Day-to-day coordination, allocation, scheduling, and completion of sales tasks, proposals and appointments

• Other ad hoc duties as required
   

Ideally you will have:

• 1-2 years proven experience in a similar position

• 1-2 years proven experience in communications industry

• Strong work ethic

• Team player mentality

• Excellent computer, verbal and written skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• High level of understanding in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams

• Work independently & continually learn

• Experience with Telco (eg Telstra, Optus, AAPT, TPG) & associated vendors an advantage

• A friendly and polite manner
