Service Advisor

Wayne Phillis Automotive is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing Lonsdale Service Department.

Representing Kia, Isuzu UTE, Geely and GAC, you'll be working with one of South Australia's most progressive automotive groups from our purpose-built service facility that is less than three years old.

This isn't a role where you're simply booking cars in and out.

We're looking for someone who understands that every customer interaction shapes how people feel about our business. Someone who can communicate clearly, build trust, solve problems and deliver an experience that keeps customers coming back.

You'll be the link between our customers and our workshop team, ensuring every service visit runs smoothly from arrival through to vehicle collection.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing customer bookings and repair orders

• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process

• Explaining technical information in a simple and professional manner

• Working closely with technicians and management

• Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience

• Building long-term customer relationships

• Helping drive customer satisfaction and retention

• Previous Service Advisor experience within the automotive industry

• Outstanding communication and people skills

• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

• Professional presentation

• A positive, team-first attitude

• Ability to thrive in a busy environment

• Current driver's licence
