The role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Manager to join our busy team in Somerton. The role is focused on delivering strong leadership skills, help develop sales and deliver exceptional customer service.

  Reporting to the Branch Manager the key responsibilities of the role include:

• Assuming leadership in the key sales activities of effective parts interpreting, phone sales and customer relationship

• Assisting with the management and development of staff.

• Remaining informed and responsive to market developments

About You 

As our Spare Parts Manager, you will have a solid background in automotive vehicle parts sales, experience in leading and motivating a team, good negotiation skills, have good communication skills, good customer service skills and a proven track record in automotive or commercial parts sales.

In addition

• A good understanding of the Industry and sound local market

• A strong knowledge of HV parts (Truck and Bus will be preferred)

• Proven ability and track record in Sales leadership

• Effective communication and problem solving skills

• A proven track record in creating effective relationships with stakeholders

• Flexible, team oriented, customer focused and innovative.
