Retail Operations & Admin Assistant

Couture Menswear is looking for a bubbly, switched-on and highly organised person to join our Sydney team.

This is a varied role combining administration, customer communication and day-to-day showroom operations. You'll work alongside a fun and supportive team in a premium retail environment, with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow as our business continues to expand.

What you'll be doing

• Processing detailed custom orders and data entry

• Communicating with customers via phone and email

• Managing enquiries, appointments and order updates

• Packing online orders and managing stock and deliveries

• Supporting the team with day-to-day showroom/office operations

About you

• Bubbly, outgoing and confident

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Quick, switched-on and proactive

• A great communicator who enjoys dealing with customers

• Polished, well-presented and proud to represent a premium brand

• Previous experience in administration and customer service is essential

Hours: 10am–6pm Monday–Wednesday & Friday; 10am–6:30pm Thursday
