About the Opportunity

We are seeking a professional, organised and customer-focused receptionist to join our team in Clayton South. The role will be responsible for managing front-of-house operations, handling customer enquiries and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the branch.

This is a varied role within a busy team environment, and we are looking for someone who is confident managing multiple responsibilities and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the reception area and greet customers, visitors and suppliers.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and enquiries.

• Provide professional and friendly customer service.

• Assist customers with general enquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.

• Provide administrative support to the branch and wider team.

• Assist with showroom enquiries and general sales support when required.

• Process correspondence, data entry, filing and other general office administration.

• Maintain a professional and welcoming front-of-house environment.

About You

You will be a confident and professional communicator who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing a high level of customer service.

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Present professionally and maintain a friendly and approachable manner.

• Be organised with strong attention to detail.

• Be able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

• Be reliable, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team.

• Be confident using Microsoft Word and Excel and comfortable learning new software systems.

• Previous reception, administration or customer service experience will be highly regarded.
