Snap Fitness is a 24‑hour global fitness brand, and we’re now seeking a proactive, inspiring Club Manager to join our Bomaderry team. As one of the key faces of our club, you’ll help bring our mission “We believe that exercise should be #ForTheFeeling”. We believe exercise can boost your mood, which will overall improve your life. Moving more can help reduce stress, anxiety, depression, boost self-esteem, and improve focus.

This role requires a minimum 2 years of fitness industry experience.

What You'll Do

• Manage sales and membership activities, operations management, customer service, and administrative tasks.

• Generate leads and convert them into memberships

• Deliver great customer service

• Support sales and marketing campaigns

• Assist with Glofox membership management

• Help run events, promotions, and member engagement activities

• Keep the club looking amazing

• Support retention initiatives and community outreach

What You Bring

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

• A proactive, results‑driven attitude

• Confidence using social media for engagement

• Ability to follow processes and manage time effectively

• Certificate III/IV in Fitness (Cert III, required for inductions)

• First Aid, CPR, and relevant checks

Mandatory Requirements

• Certificate III or IV in Fitness (mandatory if conducting member inductions)

• Current Senior First Aid and CPR

• Valid police check and Working With Children Check
