Travel Officer

Australian Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG) owns, operates and invests in infrastructure which delivers gas to more than two million homes and businesses, and is one of the largest gas infrastructure businesses in Australia. AGIG manages distribution networks, transmission pipelines and storage capacity. AGIG recently grew to over 1300 employees. We also manage a large contractor workforce, who provide both specialist and operating and maintenance services on AGIG's gas distribution networks.

AGIG is seeking a Travel Officer to join our team, reporting to the Travel Team Lead. If you are a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented individual, we would love to hear from you. In this role, you will support AGIG by coordinating travel requests and managing document control processes in accordance with AGIG's policies and procedures.

The position is based in our Perth Office working Monday - Friday, full-time permanent position.

• Coordinate and manage employee travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and vehicle hire, ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for travel-related enquiries, providing support and guidance to employees and stakeholders on travel processes and requirements.
• Manage accommodation bookings, rental properties, and travel logistics to support operational and maintenance teams.
• Maintain accurate travel records, documentation, and travel system data, ensuring compliance with company policies and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Administer AGIG travel and communication equipment, including satellite phones, two-way radios, call signs, SPOT devices, and other associated equipment, ensuring accurate records and compliance are maintained.
• Reconciliation of all travel credit cards using Expense Me Pro.

• Previous experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, with experience using travel and workforce management systems such as Expense Me Pro and Savi.
• Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining records, managing data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and processes.
