About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, highly organised and service-focused Office Coordinator to join our team in a permanent, full-time role based at our Glynde head office.
This is a diverse role that sits at the heart of the business and is responsible for creating a workplace that is welcoming, organised and operating smoothly every day. You will be the go-to person for workplace operations, facilities coordination, office administration, events, employee experience initiatives and property-related matters.
From welcoming visitors and coordinating contractors, through to organising large company events, managing office facilities and supporting employee programs, no two days will be the same. Success in this role comes from being organised, resourceful and able to juggle multiple priorities while delivering a high level of customer service.
You will work closely with employees, leaders, suppliers, contractors, landlords and service providers to ensure our offices are well maintained, compliant and provide a great experience for our people and visitors.
This is an onsite position based in Glynde, working Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Due to the hands-on nature of the role, regular work from home arrangements are not available however we offer flexibility when required because we know life happens.
