About the role

We are on the hunt for superstar Educators who have a strong passion for the Early Childhood industry, and who are looking to be part of a team where your voice is heard, input is encouraged, and commitment is rewarded!
Causal positions available to provide you with flexibly in your new role!
About your new role:
Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assist in supporting a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, Educators, and the wider community.
Network with relevant stakeholders in the local community.
Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
Contribute to the documentation of the children's skills and interests, and include a clear cycle of reflective practice.
Work in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet our high-quality standards.
About you:
Certificate III, Diploma (or higher qualification) in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.
Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
Experience in an early childhood setting.
A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
