What your day could look like

As a Senior Project Officer - Workforce, you'll play an important role in preparing people and services for the future. Your work will help ensure teams feel supported, confident and ready to deliver exceptional care. Working alongside passionate colleagues, you'll contribute to projects that strengthen healthcare services while building valuable leadership and project experience of your own.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

• Shaping workforce readiness initiatives that help services transition successfully and support positive outcomes for staff and communities
• Bringing people together, building trusted relationships and creating shared solutions across teams, leaders and project partners
• Turning information into meaningful insights that support decision-making and keep priorities moving forward with confidence
• Improving ways of working by strengthening project processes, planning and governance that deliver sustainable results

• Experience delivering workforce, people-focused or organisational initiatives within a project or operational environment
• Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage priorities and achieve outcomes in dynamic settings
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience preparing reports, briefings and recommendations

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have qualifications in project management, human resources, business or a related field and/or experience supporting large-scale service improvement, infrastructure or transformation programs.
