As our flagship facility, Ramsay Clinic Adelaide offers a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services. Our 84 bed facility provides specialised care for a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and drug and alcohol dependency.

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Enrolled Mental Health Nurses to provide high-quality psychiatric and emotional support to our patients on a casual basis. You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for individuals with mental health disorders ensuring their safety, dignity and recovery.

In this role you will:

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse across Mental Health and affiliated programs
• Assist with clinical procedures and patient monitoring in line with your scope of practice.
• Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centred team environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with Ramsay policies and the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) standards

About You

You are a reliable, team-focused Enrolled Nurse with strong communication and organisational skills. You will also demonstrate:

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Recent experience working in an acute care environment
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong time management skills and a commitment to patient safety
• Patient centred and trauma informed approach to delivery of care.
