Ramsay Clinic - Albert Road is now hiring!

Ramsay Clinic Albert Road is seeking a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse to join our Mental Health team in a full-time permanent night shift position. 

In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals receiving inpatient mental health treatment. Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will undertake mental, social and physical assessments, contribute to the planning and delivery of evidence-based care, and support patients throughout their recovery journey in a safe and therapeutic environment. 

Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team Leaders and fellow nursing staff to deliver exceptional clinical care that reflects Ramsay Health Care's philosophy of "People Caring for People."

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse with a genuine passion for mental health nursing. You will be committed to delivering safe, high-quality, recovery-focused care and enjoy working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

You Will Also Bring

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Successful completion of Enrolled Nurse Medication Administration education.
• Minimum 12 months (1) years' postgraduate clinical experience.
• Previous experience working within a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated ability to undertake mental, social and physical assessments and contribute to the planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care within the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice.
• A sound understanding of the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice and the ability to practise in accordance with professional standards and registration requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build therapeutic relationships with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong organisational, time management and clinical prioritisation skills.
• A commitment to providing safe, evidence-based, recovery-oriented and patient-centred care.
• Availability and willingness to work full-time permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
