Industrial Sales and Business Development

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an industry experienced professional Sales and Business Development working out of our Campbellfield Branch at ACCESS FASTENERS AUSTRALIA.

Working with existing customers and new customers this role would suit someone with proven industry knowledge of the product groups we offer, together with experience of working with a team of staff at different levels across 3 branches.

This is opportunity to join the market leader in the supply of Fasteners, Power Transmission Products, Engineering Consumables, Fabrication Equipment and Tools, Construction Supplies and Equipment.

You'll be very experienced in creating and following up sales leads and projects with a good knowledge of various market places.

What will you be doing?

Visiting and managing relationships at existing customers.
Customer relationship building with ongoing customer service.
Developing leads into new relationships with new customers.
A Trade or Engineering Industry experience would be an advantage.

What will you need?

A can-do attitude for all aspects of the role along with the ability to work as part of a team. 

Have excellent communication skills with exceptional time management skills, along with a great attention to detail.
Be a results-oriented, a highly motivated self-starter and team player.
You’ll have good Computer Skills, including MS office (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central experience will be highly regarded).
Have the the ability to build & maintain customer relationships.
