Factory Team Member - Level 1

A Factory Team Member is responsible for performing a range of manual tasks within a manufacturing environment. This role includes working on production lines, supporting machine operations, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will align with the organisation’s Values and Behaviours, demonstrating reliability and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.

Candidates must have valid Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

This role requires the ability to meet physical demands, including standing for extended periods, lifting and moving heavy materials, and performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting.

Reporting Relationship:

This position reports to the Production Supervisor / Production Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to work health and safety regulations, policies and procedures.

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to attending work on weekdays.

• Operate machinery and tools as required.

• Assemble and package products.

• Move materials and finished products throughout the factory as needed.

• Assist in loading and unloading shipments as required.

• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Participate in training and development programs as needed.
