Englorie Park Child Care Centre is a well-established early childhood education and care service, located within the heritage-listed Englorie Park House in Englorie Park, NSW. With three dedicated classrooms catering to children aged 0-5 years, we're committed to upholding every child's right to quality education, safety and a nurturing environment. About the role

This position is open to the following:

• Early Childhood Teacher for our Pre-School program (3-5 years)

• Diploma-Trained Educator for our Toddler rooms (2-3 years & 3-5 years) (highly preferred)

In either role, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years in a warm, inclusive and stimulating environment.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• planning and evaluating educational programs aligned with the EYLF

• observing and documenting children's learning and development

• creating a safe, inclusive and engaging environment

• building respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues

• maintaining accurate records in line with NQS requirements

• contributing to team meetings and professional development discussions.

What we're looking for

• Australian working rights essential

• Approved Early Childhood Teacher or Diploma qualification essential

• Strong NQS and EYLF knowledge essential

• Experience working with children aged 0-5 years essential

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team

• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
