What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of property claims through to settlement

• Conducting on‑site inspections and determining cause, extent and value of loss

• Preparing clear, timely and accurate reports aligned with AIM and client standards

• Providing a positive, empathetic experience for policyholders - we are all about client care!

• Communicating proactively with all stakeholders

• Overseeing reinstatement or rectification works where required

• Participating in CAT response when needed

• Representing AIM at industry events and meeting with clients face to face when required, building both the AIM brand and a personal following

• Helping to nurture client relationships and more junior talent around you through mentorship and positive interactions

• Travelling regionally or interstate as required

 About You:

You’ll thrive with AIM if you bring:

• Experience in loss adjusting - senior level desired

• A genuine commitment to delivering a high‑quality claims experience

• Strong investigative, analytical and problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building ability

• Adaptability and enthusiasm for using modern technology

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

• Drive, energy and emotional intelligence

• A willingness to collaborate with others 

Highly desirable:

• ANZIIF Diploma of Loss Adjusting (or progress toward it)

• Experience in the intermediated/broker market
