Senior Technical Account Manager, Dairy

The Role & Your Impact

• Manage strategic key accounts within the dairy sector and deliver sustained revenue growth across your assigned portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives and growth ambitions.
• Lead commercial discussions and support contract negotiations in collaboration with business and country leadership.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities, customer relationships, and market segments.
• Manage complex sales projects while coordinating activities across customers and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across procurement, R&D, product development, quality, production, marketing, and senior leadership teams.
• Partner closely with internal Sales, Commercial Development, Technical Application/R&D, and Supply Chain teams locally and globally to ensure seamless project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Present innovations, product launches, technical solutions, and business insights to customers while supporting production trials and commercialization activities.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

• Tertiary qualification in Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in technical sales, account management, or commercial development within the dairy or dairy ingredients sector.
• Strong account management and business development capabilities.
• Experience managing customer relationships and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven approach.

• Direct experience working with dairy applications, food ingredients, cultures, enzymes, or biotechnology solutions
• Exposure to product development, innovation, or technical sales environments.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional global teams.
• Strong understanding of dairy processing, milk transformation, cheese/yogurt application processes.
• Passion for helping dairy customers bring healthy, sustainable, and innovative products to market.
