Are you highly organised, analytical, and ready to support a fast-paced finance team? Shred-X is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Full-Time Fixed-Term 3 Months Accounts Receivable Officer to play a key role in managing client accounts and payment collections.

We’re seeking an experienced finance professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and can deliver precision in client account management.

What You’ll Do

• Upload customer invoices and statements onto client portals
• Update purchase orders on invoices
• Process credit notes to customer accounts, email credit notes to customers, update notes in system
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Ad-hoc accounts receivable related requests when required

What You Bring

• 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance roles
• Strong working knowledge of accounting ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, AX, Sage, NetSuite)
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to manage high volume uploads into portals and repetitive tasks daily
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative, adaptable attitude and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
