We are seeking a highly organised, driven, and dynamic Accounts Receivable Officer to join our GJK Finance & Commercial Team based in Collingwood, VIC.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where accuracy, problem-solving, and attention to detail are critical. You’ll play a key part in ensuring contract data is maintained and billing is delivered accurately and on time

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
• Process contract variations accurately and within required timeframes
• Maintain and update contract data to ensure accurate monthly billing
• Generate and distribute invoices in line with billing schedules
• Raise purchase orders and ad-hoc invoices as required
• Assist with debtor management and collections
• Review and analyse data to ensure billing accuracy

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
• Experience using ERP systems (highly regarded)
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
• A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance (desirable)
