We’re Hiring – Female Disability Support Worker

You will be supporting a participant to achieve their goals and maintain independence.
Requires assistance with community particpation and domestic assistance

Support Hours:

• 8 hours per week
• Wednesday 0900-1300 hrs
• Thursday 1100- 1500
• Driver license is ESSENTIAL
• Location:- Huntingdale road, Chadstone

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience supporting clients with complex health needs
✔ Able to work under pressure and manage complex behaviours
✔ Critical thinker with a positive attitude
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Knowledgeable in writing progress notes, documentation, and incident reporting
✔ Empathetic, calm, and emotionally mature
✔ Confidence in working independently and as part of a team
✔ Strong communication and professional approach
✔ Reliability

Mandatory Requirements:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to apply (Mandatory)
• Working with Children Check (Mandatory)
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Relevant qualifications and certifications
• Current First Aid and CPR
• CV with 2 references
• Valid ABN
• Comprehensive Car Insurance
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Work Location: Chadstine

Pay: $35.00 – $42.00 per hour
